We all get angry at times, but it is what we do with that anger that matters. Anger is simply an emotion. It is not right or wrong. Actions, on the other hand, are a whole other story. After all, it is actions that are taking lives in our city at an alarming rate this year.

AdHoc is offering free workshops about healthy and unhealthy relationships. The workshops are comprised of three classes that last around an hour and a half each, and will be held around different parts of the metro area. Classes focus on “healthy” and “unhealthy” relationships, as well as signs and symptoms that lead to partnership violence.
